It was perfect

I've been coming to this salon since I moved from the US to Setagaya 3 years ago. I've been to so many salons in the US but they don't compare to Route. The staff are so knowledgeable, attentive, and explain everything so well. Minami-san who always does my hair is very friendly and efficient! The prices are also very reasonable.

I used to be worried about straight perms due to bad experiences damaging my hair, but I've always had perfect care at Route. My hair has actually gotten healthier and longer since coming here!

This is a top-notch salon recommended for people of all ages and genders.

I was very satisfied with the stylist's skill in dyeing my gray hair beautifully with a transparent color and treatment, but in April I started trying a light gray hair dye. It is said to be gentle on hair, so I was worried about the color lasting and fading, but there were no problems at all. In fact, this dye suits my hair better! I'm grateful to my stylist for always recommending high-quality products.

This time too, he carefully listened to my concerns and made various adjustments to the cut and treatment, leaving me completely satisfied with the results. He has become an important place where I can always trust him with confidence.

I've been going there for over five years since moving to Setagaya. The owner, manager, and staff are all excellent at customer service and it's such a comfortable atmosphere that I can't go to any other salon anymore.
The interior design of the salon is also very elaborate, and the shampoo station area in particular is very relaxing and interesting.
I look forward to your continued patronage.

I've been using their services since they first opened.
Although it's located underground, it's very bright and clean, and I really like that it can't be seen from outside.
I regularly get cuts, colors, and head spa treatments, and they're always very attentive and helpful, so I can leave everything to them with peace of mind. The shampooing stations are decorated in a cave-like style, which is very relaxing.
They carefully introduce and explain new menu items, but never force them on you, so I can trust them.
I'm grateful that they also incorporate trends without forcing anything on you.
They're open early in the morning, which is very helpful for me since I have an irregular work schedule.

This was my first time using their services, and I called expecting them to be disappointed that I would be late.
I was so relieved when they told me to take my time and not rush.

Still, I was prepared for them to gently complain about my lateness if the person who answered the phone was someone else.

But that didn't happen at all. On the contrary, they carefully explained the color to me and even ironed my hair at the end, so I'm really glad I went.

I always make unreasonable requests, but they always fulfill them exactly as I want.

At other hair salons, I often think, "Huh? Is it finished already?", but here, they carefully check every detail, including the ends of my hair, so I'm always satisfied.

Thank you so much as always. I look forward to seeing you again in the future.
